U2 at the Rose Bowl
In 2005, I saw U2 during their Vertigo Tour at Twickenham Stadium along with 70,000 other people, and it was phenomenal.
This past weekend, I got to see U2 during their 360 Tour at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena along with 96,000 other people, and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD.

U2 – “Magnificent”
In my opinion, easily one of U2's greatest songs.
Magnificent
Oh, magnificentI was born,
I was born to be with you
In this space and time
After that and ever after
I haven't had a clueOnly to break rhyme
This foolishness can leave a heart
Black and blueOnly love
Only love can leave such a mark
But only love
Only love can heal such a scarI was born
I was born to sing for you
I didn’t have a choice
But to lift you up
And sing whatever song you wanted me to
I give you back my voice
From the womb my first cry
It was a joyful noise
Oh, ohOnly love
Only love can leave such a mark
But only love
Only love can heal such a scarJustified till we die
You and I will magnify
Oh, the magnificent
MagnificentOnly love
Only love can leave such a mark
But only love
Only love unites our heartsJustified till we die
You and I will magnify
Oh, the magnificent
Magnificent
Magnificent

U2’s No Line on the Horizon, first impression
Standout tracks for me: “Magnificent” (track 2), “Moment of Surrender” (track 3), “I’ll Go Crazy If I Don’t Go Crazy Tonight” (track 5), “Get On Your Boots” (track 6), “White as Snow” (track 9, sounding eerily like “O Come, O Come Emmanuel”), and “Cedars of Lebanon” (track 11).
Yes, I know I named more than half of the album … what’s your point?
